The handrails can be purchased by the meter, or why not take advantage of our cutting service where the handrail can be cut to your required length before shipping. We can also thread the tubing if required for installation. A drilling service is also available where any holes required can be pre drilled making installation quick and easy. Please provide full details of where holes should be located when placing your order.

Versatile 

Two diameters of tubing are available. 42.4 x 2.0mm and 48.3 x 2.6mm. There are two grades of stainless steel available in this tubing: SS304 and SS316. SS304 is suitable for most environments and is an excellent, practical and affordable choice. SS316 contains molybdenum added to the metal alloy. This increases the durability of the stainless steel in saline or chloride exposed environments. This would be an excellent choice for more coastal areas. We recommend that SS304 is used in an indoor environment while SS316 is a much better choice for an outdoor environment. Both grades offer fantastic durability and longevity in their respective environments.

The tubing has an excellent finish. It is professionally polished to a Pro Super Satin finish 320 grit. This gives a smooth non-reflective surface with a clean and smooth finish.

The tubing can be used in conjunction with our Weldable Base Plate and Duplex 2205 Glass Clamp to give your project and clean, professional and seamless finish.

  • Delivery & Returns

    Delivery information for Stainless Steel Handrails & Frameless Glass Balustrade orders

    We send out all orders on a next day carrier service and most products arrive between 7 – 10 days from the date your order was submitted. Larger orders are delivered by our own transport.

    If your order is damaged, Please notify us at your earliest possible convenience and we will arrange either to re-work your order or replace it. If your system has not been delivered at all we must be advised in writing within 7 days of the advised dispatch date. Please submit claims without delay.

    Delivery information for Baulstrade Systems

    Once you're happy with your balustrade design, we start the manufacturing process. Balustrades are manufactured on a 7-10 day lead time and dispatched via next day courier. Glass orders take a little longer (10-14 days) and we ship using specialist transport.

    If your order is damaged, Please notify us at your earliest possible convenience and we will arrange either to re-work your order or replace it. If your system has not been delivered at all we must be advised in writing within 7 days of the advised despatch date. Please submit claims without delay.
